To my knowledge 2008 points were tallied to a point but not completed. This years Nebdisc Tour/Nebdisc Fund Drive will be run differently.

As many know, it costs hundreds of dollars a year to maintain Nebdisc.com. I am sure Chiz can post the details, but basically Nebdisc has to pony up money yearly to keep the web address, keep the forum and yes we have to pay extra to keep the stupid pop-ups from infesting the forums (anyone remember those days)

Nebdisc in the past, costs were :
-encured by the creators
-made through T-shirts sales (this was great)
-begged for by Chiz and those paying the bills (paypal donations did keep us running a little longer)
-2 Nebdisc tours (07-08)

2007 scores were tallied, 2008 very few players joined, 1/4 the players for whatever reason.

SO this year, we will be taking a different approach.
We have dropped the cost to $20, and each donating memeber gets a limited stamped CFR Innova Disc. I would like to stress that if you spend more time on Nebdisc that you do on the course you should consider supporting Nebdisc by becoming a member.

There are currently four of us drumming up memberships to assist the financials of Nebdisc. Between the four of us we will do our best to tally scores as they come in (unless someone else volleenteers)

There have been a lot of people that have spent a ton of time make Nebdisc what it is today, my hope is that it will continue to be the #1 Source for Nebraska Disc Golf!
